The Vacancy
Everards Brewery Limited, in partnership with HIT training are able to offer an opportunity to become a Kitchen Assistant, at our new modern and exciting Beer Hall at Everards Meadows in Leicestershire. The offering incorporates hands-on learning of a wide range of skills while working in a busy kitchen, and working with the kitchen team to produce amazing food that delights our customers.
As a Kitchen Assistant you will be assisting in the kitchen with food preparation, adhering to Health and Safety and Food Hygiene legislation.
You will be coached and mentored by kitchen management and the rest of the team, and also your training consultant, to gain the skills and knowledge to develop your career as a chef. You will need to be flexible in your working hours as working weekend and evenings will be part of the role.
The length of the Apprenticeship is 12 Months
